[ME-studentstaff] reminder of room reservation policy

Dear Middle Earth Student Staff,
 
We wanted to send out a friendly reminder of our room reservation policy. Norma Jean kindly requests that room reservations be made a week in advance. If necessary, you can request room reservations 48 hours prior to an event, but please know that due to demand for spaces for programs, meetings, and classes, it's important that you give Norma Jean as much time as possible (one week prior to a scheduled event is ideal).
 
Please try not to request room reservations one day before or the day of an event. If you do, understand that Norma Jean may not grant your request due to prior reservations for any given space.  Again, we hope you will plan accordingly and think about these details in advance so that your programs run smoothly and are successful. Planning ahead will make everyone's life easier and less stressful.
