[ME-studentstaff] Class Schedules

Hello!

I hope everybody is having a very relaxing break with family and friends! 
As the new quarter is approaching and as you're getting ready for the new year, I would like to ask everybody to send me their schedules for the quarter. This includes your classes, any important weekly meetings, and any other commitments/appointments that you have this quarter. I will be organizing and creating (with the help of the Academic Support Committee) a large poster that shows each of our schedules.The student staff calendar is going to be displayed in the Housing Office next to our new white board calendars (or somewhere in that vicinity).

By doing this it saves our supervisors the work of collecting physical calendars from the student staff as well as cutting the use of printing paper. This allows us to see each others schedules and ask each other about classes and/or professors. It also allows us to figure out when to make meetings with each other and (especially for RAs and MEAs) when to ask for switches or last minute covers. 

Here's the format I want you to email it in:
(no need to use a word doc or excel sheet)

(Name of person) Schedule (EXAMPLE)
Monday:
8-11 Working in MEHO/BSC
1-1:50 Pol Sci 21A 
2-2:50 Spanish 1B
6-7 Club meeting

Tuesday:
12-12:50 (name of class)
3-3:30 (name of class)
5:15-7 RA/CBP Meeting

Wednesday:
12-12:50 (name of class)
3-3:30 (name of class)
8-8am Duty

...and so on until Sunday....

Now I know some of us are still figuring out our classes. No problem. I would like your schedule by Friday Week 2
Remember WEEK 2. I will be reminding everybody during the first couple days of school to remember to send them. 
If you can, sooner the better. That way I have it and you don't have to worry about it. Yay!
