[ME-studentstaff] Student Staff Supplies/Announcements

Hello Everyone,

I just would like to give out a few announcements in regards to staff space
supplies.

1. If anyone has a program during week 4, reservation for those supplies are
suppose to be done by this week. I will expect that all reservations will
now be made *a week ahead of program date *as said during training. In
addition to this I will only be accepting supplies request this week up
until *5pm of Wednesday October 12*.

2.  I'll be changing the layout of the request clipboard. I will be adding a
*Program Title* and *Description* section. It will be to describe why you
need these supplies so that I can better allocate the quantity of supplies.
E-mail requests will not be considered.

3. The supplies in Student Staff Space are there to *supplement* the
supplies you purchase. For example, if you were to have a button making
program. You will receive material to make 50 buttons, but if more is needed
then that should come out of your hall funds.

4. If the supply closets are open or supplies are out, *do not* take that as
a sign to go rummaging, taking or using those supplies. The checkout system
is there so that we can have a fair share of the supplies for all of student
staff.  A reminder, all supplies must be checked out through the clipboard.
