[ME-studentstaff] Continuing Student Information Sessions

Hello,

Believe it or not it is almost time for first year students to apply for housing next year if they would like to take advantage of the 2 year guarantee. The application window will be open for just one week this year from November 14 - November 21.  To ensure all first year students are informed about the process and what to expect Student Housing will be hosting a series of information sessions over the next two weeks. Flyers are going up in the RAs mailboxes to put up in the halls and we will be sending an email to the community.

I also wanted to ensure you as student staff were aware of the information session dates. Please encourage any residents thinking about living on campus next year to attend an information session.

The information sessions will be:
Wednesday, November 2 - 6pm - Arroyo Vista - Community Center
Thursday, November 3 - 6pm - Middle Earth - Bucklebury Lounge
Tuesday, November 8 - 6pm - Mesa Court - Multi-purpose Room
Wednesday, November 9 - 6pm - Campus Village - Community Center - Atlantis Lounge

Additionally Campus Village and Arroyo Vista will both be hosting Open Houses next week for students to learn more about the communities. They will be:

Arroyo Vista Open House - November 2 (7 pm or after the presentation to 8:00 pm)
Campus Village Open House - November 8 from 6:30 - 8 p.m
