[OIT-Colocation] Campus power state

We lost commercial campus power this morning due to the FM power project.  It lasted over an hour so some if you systems in the OIT data center at have been effected.  Generator backed power worked through the outage.

Given the possibility of further fluctuations, I'd suggest waiting until Monday morning to restart your systems if they went down this morning.
