Microsoft has identified the problem and is working to resolve the issue. No ETA at this time. 
 For now, users should use OWA or Outlook Mobile on their smartphones. If you are getting an error when trying to use OWA, clear your browser cache & cookies and try again, or you can use a different browser for now.
